BLAMING LARA LOGAN: THIS IS DESPICABLE →

Read it, sign the petition, pass it on and help send a message that our culture’s out-of-control victim-blaming is UNACCEPTABLE and MUST BE STOPPED. This is an absolutely outrageous example of victim-blaming at its worst and should never have been allowed past any competent editor’s desk.
The original piece, which targets journalist Lara Logan as well as other women, includes such “precautions” for “sensible” ladies as:
“Don’t trust your male friends. Don’t go to a man’s home at night unless you’re prepared to have sex with him. Don’t disrobe in front of a male masseur. If you take a job as a masseuse, don’t be shocked if your male customers think you’re a prostitute. And if you want to be taken seriously as a journalist, don’t pose for pictures that emphasize your cleavage.”
Reading this kind of bullshit makes me want to kick someone in the balls. Right now, that someone is Dan Rottenberg.
